I had an excellent experience with Skilfulhands Plumbing & Heating. One of their Lead Engineers (Dennis) attended promptly to diagnose a no-heating fault and quickly identified a faulty gas valve as the cause. The repair was carried out efficiently, and my heating was restored in no time.
During the visit, the engineer also noticed that one of my Hive room thermostats was faulty. They replaced it there and then, resolving all the heating issues in a single visit.
